Consultation

I offer a free 15 minute consultation appointment for any questions/concerns you may have regarding the therapy process. You may also get a sense of how we could work together by getting to know me. Typically, these consultations are via phone, but we can make arrangements to consult in person/telehealth as well.

Fees

  • Individual therapy (50 minutes) - $250

  • Couples’ therapy (75 minutes) - $300

  • Specialty therapy (hypnotherapy) - $400

  • Group therapy (60 minutes)- $50

*If you are not planning to use your insurance or do not have any, we can discuss payment options. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Insurance

I currently accept the following insurances:

  • Medicare

  • Please note that I am currently not accepting new clients who wish to utilize Aetna or Anthem Blue Cross insurances*

  • For all other insurances, please note that I am an “out of network” provider for alternative insurances that are under PPO plans. As an out of network provider, we will provide your insurance with paperwork (“superbills”) to coordinate financial compensation arrangements with your insurance.

    • Here are some questions to ask your insurance provider to be clear on your mental health/behavioral health benefits:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits? With which specific insurance?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • What is my co-pay or co-insurance amount?

  • What percentage of the amount will my insurance plan cover for out-of-network providers?

.*In the case you are insured with either insurance and wish to forego insurance, I will provide information as to what this will entail moving forward.

Policies

Late Cancellation / No Show

Any missed appointments that are not cancelled prior to a 24 hour period of their scheduled appointment time will incur an $150 fee, which becomes the client’s responsibility for payment.

Payment

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit/HSA cards.

Bill Collection

I reserve the right to forward outstanding account balances to bill collection services. If you are experiencing any financial hardships, please contact me directly to discuss payment planning in order to avoid third party bill collection.
